Henry Zhao

Henry Zhao is a class of 2021 graduate from the University of Southern California, with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law and a minor in International Relations. His research experience prior to joining JWA includes assisting on Title IX civil rights legal research with Professor Scott Soames, and his own final undergraduate research project which focused on the decreasing judicial autonomy in Hong Kong. Henry continues to closely follow and write about legal, military and political developments in the Indo-Pacific. He is currently a Fellow at Evergreen Strategy Group, a social impact consulting firm that works with global corporations and nonprofits on crafting progressive policy initiatives and campaigns.
