Manon Snyder
Manon Snyder studies Neuroscience at UCLA and is graduating in 2023. She is interested in the balance of powers and global security, particularly in East Asia and Eastern Europe. Growing up in both France and the U.S. with family in the Middle East shaped her interest in world politics from an early age and allowed her to observe domestic responses to other countries’ policies. Her current research involves using statistical analysis to analyze the complexity of wars post-1945 nuclear peace and investigating our current administration’s angle on U.S. human rights policy abroad. Other interests include literature, Monty Python, and all genres of music.
